Rowdy, Unfiltered, and Extremely Unpredictable: Two Natural Wine Dinners


The Springs presents two back-to-back wine dinners featuring natural wines from Italy, France, Slovenia, and the United States. The evenings' special-guest sommelier, Anthony Cailan (formerly of Bestia and DomaineLA), will pair six natural wines with plant-based courses created by The Springs' Executive Chef, Jasmine Shimoda.
