I understand if I miss the class that I pay for online, The Springs will allow me to use the payment as credit for a future class.

I understand I have 24 hours prior to the workshop to cancel my registration in order to receive a full refund. There are NO REFUNDS for no-shows.

Also known as Vinyasa, Flow class incorporates multiple yoga poses that smoothly transition from one to the next with the use of steady, fluid breathing. This class is appropriate for students looking for deep stretching, relaxation, and a moderate workout.

power flow . . .

The Power Flow class is a strong, challenging class that includes more advanced yoga poses, like inversions and arm balances. Appropriate for seasoned yogis, athletes, and courageous beginners.

beginners yoga . . .

Yoga Basics focuses on the fundamentals of alignment, breathing, and yoga philosophy. Perfect for anyone brand new to yoga or for seasoned students who want to refresh their yoga knowledge and rebuild their yoga foundation.

meditation . . .

Designed for anyone looking to discipline their thoughts through stillness, breath, mantra, and visualization. Meditation is proven to bring more focus, concentration, clarity, and stress relief. This class is free of charge. Beginners and advanced practitioners welcome!

yin ...

Suitable for all levels, Yin yoga nourishes deep connective tissues by holding a series of passive seated postures for 3-10 minutes. Target areas include hips, pelvis, low back and shoulders. Guided meditation and pranayama breath work accompany this practice. Recommended to prevent injury, reduce stress and tension, replenish the health of joints, ligaments, organs, deep facial networks and bones, regulate flow of energy, and restore balance to one's overall health and longevity.

Candle lit room to set the tone for relaxation. A great way to unwind and prepare for bedtime. All levels welcome.

Come to melt, relax, and unwind. Enjoy a soundbath with crystal or Tibetan bowls.
